Return exchange policy for local customers:
QS Clothing provides a simple return and exchange policy for products bought from our website.
- The policy is only applicable to online orders made from Pakistan.
- within five days of delivery product must be return
- a three-month store credits is offered
- items that you want to return must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging and tags.
- Send back to the address provided on the return/exchange form, filled out by traceable delivery at your cost.
- Consumers may swap items for a different price, if necessary.
- Exchanges at lower cost will be credited with the difference in store credit.
- For prepaid orders, partial refunds are possible within 2 days of the order being placed
Return exchange policy for foreign customers:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges Unless defective or incorrect product is delivered.
- Evidence required when opening packages, it is advised to us a video proof
- Within 2 days of the order being placed, partial refunds are possible for prepaid orders and are processed within seven working days
